New CMS Report: New Missiles, Eroding Norms - European Options after the Demise of the INF Treaty
In a new CMS Report titled “New Missiles, Eroding Norms - European Options after the Demise of the INF Treaty" Dominika Kunertova analyses interplay between the recent developments in the missile technology landscape (the military low-end) and the withering arms control regime (the political-strategic high-end) and discusses the implications for strategic stability in the Euro-Atlantic region.
Based on the analysis, the report provides a set of recommendations to the Euro-Atlantic expert community about the establishment of new arms control practices and confidence-building measures, and how a small state like Denmark could support this process at the European level.
Dominika Kunertova is a Senior Researcher at the Center for Security Studies, ETH Zürich.
