New CMS Report: An Arctic Complex of Military Strategic Problems

CMS has published the report ”Rigsfællesskabets arktiske militærstrategiske problemkompleks” authored by Director (interim) Kristian Søby Kristensen and Research Assistant Lin Alexandra Mortensgaard. The report analyses, how the increasing great-power competition in the Arctic challenges the Kingdom of Denmark.

The authors identify an Arctic complex of military strategic problems and argue that Denmark has to navigate between specific military strategic dynamics and decisive Arctic actor relations for Denmark in the Arctic.
