New CMS Report: EU's Technological Sovereignty - Between security, market and digitalization
CMS has published the report "The EU's Technological Sovereignty: Between security, market and digitalization - Denmark's strategic challenges" and an accompanying Memo. The report is authored by Tobias Liebetrau, postdoc at Sciences Po, Paris.
Technological sovereignty has consequently become a crucial strategic parameter, affecting global political, economic, and military competition, as well as domestic political relations between the state, private companies, and citizens. The report analyzes the EU's policy for cyber security and artificial intelligence (AI), and EU's commitment to technological sovereignty seen from a Danish perspective. The report identifies a number of recommendations that can in future support Danish strategic thinking, political governance and public debate on the EU's technological sovereignty and Danish technology policy.
