In the new CMS Background Paper ”The Strategic Significance of the Seabed: Opportunities and Challenges for the Danish Defence”, Senior Researcher Tobias Liebetrau offers a comprehensive insight into the strategic significance of the seabed and its implications for Denmark and the Danish Defence. Liebetrau concludes the paper by offering three critical focal points for strengthening Denmark’s position and ability to act with regards to the seabed as a strategic domain.
