New CMS Background Paper: Maritime Crime in African Waters

Maritime crime in Africa is a significant challenge with consequences locally as well as internationally. In a new CMS Background Paper "Maritime Crime in African Waters: Implications, Trends, and Countermeasures", Research Assistant Amanda Møller Rasmussen and Senior Researcher Katja Lindskov Jacobsen outline tendencies in maritime crime off the shores of Africa and discuss consequences and challenges to Danish efforts to counter maritime crime in Africa.
