Senior Researcher Speaks at Baltic Sea Conference in Estonia

International Centre for Defence Studies (ICDS) in Estonia has invited senior researcher Henrik Breitenbauch to speak at a topical seminar about 'Safety in the Baltic Sea after Crimea and Wales'. The president of Estonia Toomas Hendrik Ilves is key note speaker at the seminar, which is held under the auspices of ICDS's Baltic Sea Program Mare Nostrum. It is held on the 4th and 5th of December in Tallinn.
