CMS Researcher Neil Renic publishes the article "Superweapons and the Myth of Technological Peace"

On 15 November, CMS Researcher Neil Renic published the article "Superweapons and the Myth of Technological Peace" in the European Journal of International Relations. The article focuses on the discourse of "The Superweapon Peace" - that radically destructive weapons, both nuclear and non-nuclear, can facilitate peace by increasing the costs of war, which Neil Renic criticizes as a utopian ambition which instead legitimizes the use of destructive superweapons.
