Alexander Høgsberg Tetzlaff contributes with chapter to new book
Military analyst and Major at CMS, Alexander Høgsberg Tetzlaff, has contributed with a chapter in the new anthology Militære stabiliseringsindsatser - en introduktion til koncept, erfaringer og fremtid, edited by Associate Professor Troels Burchall Henningsen and Chief Advisor David Vestenskov at The Royal Danish Defence College.
The book – published at the University Press of Southern Denmark – explores stabilization as a military tool, the development of Danish stabilization efforts, and future challenges in a security policy context. Alexander's chapter examines why Denmark's and the West's stabilization efforts in Afghanistan failed and discusses the concept of stabilization operations. On that basis the chapter critically reviews recent Danish stabilization efforts in a broader context.
