Smart Defence in Military Education: A NATO Market for Staff Courses

Seniorforskere på Center for Militære Studier Henrik Ø. Breitenbauch og Gary Schaub Jr. udgav i går en artikel i "Europe's World" om muligheden for en "smartere" militæruddannelse i NATO: 

"NATO’s Operation Unified Protector in Libya revealed a European shortfall in staff officers. In order to avoid a repeat, NATO should promote Alliance wide reform of joint staff courses, encourage their standardization, and support international exchanges. Tomorrow’s staff officers need to be taught in a combined, joint, and international environment."
