Invitation to the seminar: Military capacity building: Risk-taking in Danish development aid?on December 12th.

This seminar will focus on the inconsistencies that seem to be between the stated political ambitions about engaging Denmark in military capacity-building, and the actual political will to implement such projects. The latest example of this type of dilemma is the suspension of the Danish military capacity building project in Rwanda.
