New Threats, New Defences: Counter-drone experiences from Ukraine and Danish perspectives

CMS-seminar: New Threats, New Defences - Counter-drone experiences from Ukraine and Danish perspectives

The rapid evolution of drone and counter-drone technology in Ukraine has fundamentally reshaped the modern security landscape. This is a critical challenge that extends far beyond the battlefield, directly impacting the security of critical infrastructure.

Join the Centre for Military Studies (CMS), in partnership with BevarUkraine and ComeBackAlive, for a seminar on the 13th of November. We are honored to host experts directly from ComeBackAlive. One of Ukraine's most important NGOs, who will share rare, direct insights from their work supporting Ukraine's defence. Andreas Graae, PhD, Associate Professor and Head of Research at the Institute for Military Technology, will explore Danish perspectives on the drone threat.

Learn more about:

  • Practical lessons in drone defense from the battlefield.
  • Strategies for defending critical national infrastructure.
  • The unique Ukrainian model of NGO-government cooperation.
  • Danish perspectives on the drone threat and future collaboration.

The seminar is organized in collaboration with Johan Gröne Christensen and the Centre for Military Studies.

Registration is required and must be completed no later than the 12th of November.
