Military capacity building: Risk-taking in Danish development aid?

This seminar will focus on the inconsistencies that seem to be between the stated political ambitions about engaging Denmark in military capacity-building and security-related development work, and the actual political will to implement such projects. The latest example of this type of dilemma is the suspension of the Rwandan military capacity building project.
