Seminar: The Geopolitics of an Independent Scotland

In September 2014 Scotland will vote on independence. If the Scots were to decide for independence what would the foreign and security policy of an independent Scotland look like? How would Scottish independence influence Danish foreign and security policy? These and other questions will be addressed by the honourable Mr Angus Robertson leader of the SNP in the House of Commons.

Angus Robertson represents the Moray Constituency as a Scottish National Party MP in the House of Commons and is Scottish Shadow Minister for Foreign Affairs and Westminster SNP spokesman on Defence and Europe. Before being elected to Parliament Angus Robertson worked as a foreign and diplomatic correspondent in central Europe for the BBC, Austrian Radio and other leading broadcasters. He holds an MA with Honours in Politics and International Relations at Aberdeen University.

Registration by e-mail is required by noon Wednesday September 25 to cas@ifs.ku.dk
