CMS publishes 'Keep Cool'

The Centre for Military Studies has published a short paper on how the Centre views the developments in the Arctic Region. The publication is entitled “Keep Cool” and it draws on the extensive work done by the Centre on the Arctic. In Keep Cool the Centre puts forth three different scenarios describing the development in the Arctic Region, a coastguard scenario, a crisis management scenario and a confrontation scenario.
